Gamers Paradise welcomes all of our customers and guests. We have polciies below to ensure the conduct and safety of all our guests.

Store Premise The use of nicotine products within or outside the store entrance is strictly prohibited. This includes the use of lighters, cigarettes, cigars, etc. Loitering in the building or outside of the building is prohibited. Any unlawful or illicit behavior that interferes with the safe and reasonable use of Gamers Paraidse (i.e. equipment, store function, customer experience, etc.) is prohibited. At a manager's discretion, offending person(s) will be excused from the property and authorities may be contacted.

Merchandise Removing or attempting to remove materials, equipment or property without proper checkout is prohibited. Theft will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Guests Customers hereby assume responsibility for all Guests brought into the space. Guests will be bound by the same Rules and Regulations as Gamers Paradise members, and will be asked to sign an individual waiver of liability if necessary. Engaging in any form of gambling is prohibited.

Personal Property Gamers Paradise is not responsible for the personal property of members or Guests while on premises. Customers or guests will be responsible for any broken equipment. Please be careful.

Aggressive Behavior Fighting, horseplay, heckling, or other aggressive behavior -- either verbally or physically -- will not be tolerated. The threatening of others; either verbally or by physical action is prohibited.

There is no running in the gaming area. Gaming lounge furniture must be sat on properly with both feet on the ground, facing forward.

Gaming Area Players are restricted to the designated playing area. Office equipment and Gamers Paradise storage are off-limits and may not be permitted or used. Please do not use Gamers Paradise's phones or computers. Do not place food or drinks near the gaming consoles and equipment. Customers or Guests will be responsible for damage to game systems, controllers, or other equipment. Clean up is the responsibility of all members. Seating at game stations is limited to the number of person(s) for which the furniture was designed. Rearrangement of equipment or furniture is prohibited without managements consent. There is an additional charge if you would like our staff to clean up. All garbage should be placed in the appropriate receptacles.

Events We recommend that all events be reserved at least 48 hours in advance. We may not be able to accommodate all reqeusts, and the more lead time we have, the better we can serve you. Cancellation of staffed events and long-standing reservations must be made at least one week in advance. Failure of notice will result in loss of deposit.

Smoking Smoking is not permitted

Dress Code Shoes and Shirts must be worn at all times. Cosplay permitted.

Damages Customers or Guests will be financially responsible for any damages caused by the customer or customer's guests.

Agreement Not Inclusive THe Rules and Regulations contained herein are not inclusive. Signs posted in the space, directions from Gamers Paradise staff, and other written guidelines will serve as additional rules. Gamers Paradise reserves the right to amend the Rules and Regulations..

Termination and Suspension Gamers Paradise reserves the right at any time to terminate and/or suspend the privleges of any Customer for failure to comply with any of the Rules and Regulations or for conduct that Gamers Paradise determines improper or detrimental to other Customers. The terminated customer will remain liable for all dues and incurred prior to the termination. The violation of any Federal Law, State Law or local ordinances will not be permitted on Gamers Paradise's property.

Waiver of Liability

As a consideration for being granted access to the rental of this space, Customers and Guests agree that Gamers Paradise shall not be held responsible or liable to any customer or guest for injury to their person or damages or loss of property for any reason. The undersiged, on its behalf and on behalf of all family members, hereby voluntarily assumes all risk of personal injury, property loss or damage, and/or other damages to the undersigned resulting from or in any way associated with the undersigned (and family members) entry upon Gamers Paradise property and/or participation in any of the actvities sponsored by Gamers Paradise. Further, the undersigned, on its behalf and on behalf of all family members, hereby releases Gamers Paradise and its officers, agents, and employees from every claim, liability, or demand of any kind or on account of any personal injury, property loss or damage, or other damages resulting from or in any way assocaited with the undersigned's (and the family members) entry upon property of Gamers Paradise and participaion in its activites. This includes, but is not limited to, liability for all damages from the active or passive negligence of Gamers Paradise or its agents. Further, the undersigned confirms he/she has read and understands this release.

This agreement constitutes the final, complete, and exclusive statement of the terms of the agreement between the parties as to the subject matter hereof and superceded all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings of the parties. The Agreement may be altered, amended, or modified in whole or in part at any time only by writing signed by all the parties hereto.

Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey.

Authorization

By signing below, the Parent/Guardian & Gamer has read and understood the Gamers Paradise terms and conditions, agrees to be bound by such terms and conditions, and acknowledges that he/she has receieved a copy of this Agreement.
