Step 1 - Go to your customer account page.
Step 2 - Find the Order you wish to return.
Step 3 - Click the return icon.
Step 4 - Explain why you would like to return and Submit the form.
Step 5 - Check your email for the return label. Print it out and ship it! We'll issue you a refund when we receive the package.
Returned products must be in the original packaging and include any manuals, cables and accessories in sell-able condition. We reserve the right to limit returns on unopened or defective products. Defective products will be replaced with a similar item, upon return. Terms and conditions of manufacturer's warranty apply to defective video games systems and computer hardware after 30 days.
Items can be returned by taking them to a Gamers Paradise store location. Items returned to a Gamers Paradise store location must be accompanied by the original receipt. Store return policies are subject to manager approval.
Refunds are issued in the original payment form. Cash purchases over $150 and all check purchases are subject to a refund by check issued from our corporate office within 14 business days. Customers with a gift receipt will only receive an exchange or a gift card of equal value. We reserve the right to refuse any return. Handling costs are non-refundable.
